Live Edge Lumber
We can mill live edge lumber up to 5 feet wide on our custom slabbing mill. These live edge slabs are all one-of-a-kind pieces that are sourced locally. Each of these unique slabs comes from logs that have been rejected by commercial sawmills and would otherwise be turned into wood chips. We feel that turning these logs into custom pieces for your home is a much better use. Our customers have used these slabs for countertops, outside tables, benches, and coffee tables. To the right is our homemade wide slabbing mill for those specialty monster logs!
We also have the capacity to straight-line rip and glue slabs together. This allows for table and countertops made from book-matched pieces. All hardwood slabs are kiln-dried and those under 24″ are planed.
